The smoking in the bar area was not pleasant for non-smokers as the smell lingered in the hallways. The rooms were okay but felt a bit cramped and outdated.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, as it is just a short walk from the cable car that takes you to the Hochjoch via ferrata. The convenience of being in the center of the building allowed me to easily access the smoking area whenever I wanted. Getting to this place from the train station was a breeze, thanks to the uncomplicated parking available.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Located in a convenient area, it is easy to get to from the train station and right in the center of the building allowing for smoking. the cable car leading to the Hochjoch via ferrata is close by for adventurous travelers. the rooms and bathrooms are clean, cozy, and feature lovely furnishings. the breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of choices, including cheeses, meats, breads, and juices. the staff is friendly, responsive, and quick with room service.
Some previous guests didn't find the restaurant and food inspiring.

The hotel's spa area was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Getting there was easy and parking was hassle-free. The location close to the cable car leading to the Hochjoch via ferrata was excellent.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hidden gem was a highlight of our holiday. the resort's modern yet rustic feel gave it a unique ambiance. We enjoyed the large and comfortable rooms, and the food was exceptional. One of the highlights was the beauty treatment with Christina, which was very relaxing and rejuvenating. we appreciated the helpful and friendly staff and the beautiful scenery surrounding the site.
